Ruapehu District Council
Ruapehu District Council is largely meeting the service expectations of its community. Council is well led, and its leaders are respected in the community. However, the challenges of changing community priorities and increasing service level expectations will require more innovation and creativity in the future to ensure the small population base is not unreasonably burdened with high levels of debt.
